I Have Tinnitus

Yeah am just 25yr old and i got this issue from using headphone's i think. Been to doctors nothing helped. The sound is like waving just in a left ear. Its annoying sometimes. Been doing exercises from youtube they helped a bit nothing worked otherwise. TAKE CARE OF URSELF AND DONT USE EARPHONES.

My doctor says that no one really knows what causes tinnitus or how to make it go away. I get it intermittently, but fortunately it is short-lived when I get it. I'm sorry you have to deal with it continuously.

@DrWatson Mine is annoying and when i googled it took me to another level of tumors n death lol. But its been 3 years m still alive. Doctors know no cure.
