I Have Tinnitus

Yeah am just 25yr old and i got this issue from using headphone's i think. Been to doctors nothing helped. The sound is like waving just in a left ear. Its annoying sometimes. Been doing exercises from youtube they helped a bit nothing worked otherwise. TAKE CARE OF URSELF AND DONT USE EARPHONES.

Avoid aspirin. It exacerbates tinnitus.

Not much. You can get a white noise machine or something to mask the sound. You might want to see if cutting out caffeine helps

@Skylarkascending I dont have caffeine much. I have found a remedy from searching its ceylon cinnamon and green tea mixture tea. (Make a tea of these two ingredients and add honey when it cools down) It helps.

I will try that. I think that might work because I think stress is a contributing factor, and the tea would D stress you.
