When my twin sis & I were 5 yrs old & living in North Carolina, mom told us about honeysuckle flowers in the woods by our house. She said as a kid she鈥檇 suck the nectar out of them. Saying how sweet like candy they were. But told us not to go into the woods. My sis & I looked at each other鈥檚 and knew what we were gonna do. So over the ditch we went & across to the woods lol. The honeysuckles were right there. The perfume drifted in the warm summer breeze, begging to be picked. We picked a few and sucked them up. It had a nice light honeyish taste. We pretended to be bees that afternoon 馃悵馃悵
