It's wanting them in a sexual way, not in a respectful way, for a lack of words. When you're in love, you're happy if they're happy, even if you've had a bad day. It's something that just makes you feel good and makes you want the other person to feel good, not by how you can please them or touch them or anything like that, but by how you can see their smile more and how you can make their worst days better.
