There is a lot to be said for forcing yourself to take care of yourself:
1. Your diet, and self-care (exercise, hygiene, dental care).
2. Forcing yourself to talk to one friend or acquaintance and one stranger (like someone in a supermarket line or walking in a park) every day.
3. Reading or listening to audio books that help you feel more positive.
4. I find growing things in a garden helpful. If you don't access to a patch of dirt, then try growing something in a pot.
5. Seeing medical professionals, like a psychiatrist, if you need to. Sometimes medication, even just something temporary, can really help.
I have been miserable. I am currently recovering from panic attacks and a chronic painful illness. I hope you can find a way to feel better soon. Don't give up. Get some fresh air and exercise every day and hang in there.💗
