I cured my own olives this year

Our olive tree had a good harvest this past year so we decided to cure some.
We cured about 5 kilo in different flavours.
Some just salted.
Some with garlic.
Sime with chili peppers.
Somevwith bay leaves.
We opened the jars with garlic and with chili peppers.
They were really excellent !!
