I Love Poetry

Marvelous!

It’s the small things that mean the most,
Not the big and mighty.
He brings me breakfast to my bed,
Whilst I’m still in my nightie.

He’ll massage feet as I relax,
Whilst sitting watching telly.
Harmoniously, he just ignores,
The wobbling of my belly.

It’s the small things that mean the most,
Not mentioning my bum is wider.
And rushing over to rescue me,
From a great big, hairy spider!

In my case...He is actually dying of cancer, and still plans to exchange my battery for me on his way to my house, and install it. They are letting him out of the hospital for 2-3 days while his cancer cells grow in a petri dish, and this is what he plans to do.

Aw, that is a very kind thing to do. I'm very sorry to hear of his cancer. @4meAndyou
