A single person making 3200.00 a month can’t get an apartment

My brother sailing the house. I have to get out. This is the third application I put in and 3rd time I was denied. I work 40hrs a week I can’t get a place to live. You have to have income 3 1/2 times of the rent. That’s 5350.00 a month and 63,000.00 a year. If I was making that I would buy a house.

I'm truly sorry you're going through this. Since you shared a house with your brother, do you mind doing a house share with someone else who might be having trouble keeping up their payments? There are a few sites that advertise for roommates and house shares. This is just one of them.

@SW-User I pay 1600.00 rent to him he doesn’t work he gets 1200 social security. The house was willed to him after my dad died. I moved in to help my dad pay bills. When he died. Brother got the house. He just told me last week he’s sailing the house I need to get out by July 11 that came to a shock to me.

@Jeffrey53 Well, all you can do is try. I needed a place to rent after I sold my house and it took me a little while but I finally found someone willing to rent to me with the dog.

Where is your brother planning on going when he sells? Does he not want to do a rental share with you again?
