A single person making 3200.00 a month can’t get an apartment

My brother sailing the house. I have to get out. This is the third application I put in and 3rd time I was denied. I work 40hrs a week I can’t get a place to live. You have to have income 3 1/2 times of the rent. That’s 5350.00 a month and 63,000.00 a year. If I was making that I would buy a house.

It's bad most everywhere. I saw you mention Lancaster and I'm sort of familiar. It's all going to come crashing down on those who are renting their homes for way more than they're worth along with the management companies just looking to screw people. But that won't happen tomorrow.
To toss it out there, it's not a big place but a pretty cool building in Lake Hughes which might be a little drive but it's a nice area. Need 3K for move in at 1,300 a month. Good luck man. Something will come up.
