A single person making 3200.00 a month can’t get an apartment

My brother sailing the house. I have to get out. This is the third application I put in and 3rd time I was denied. I work 40hrs a week I can’t get a place to live. You have to have income 3 1/2 times of the rent. That’s 5350.00 a month and 63,000.00 a year. If I was making that I would buy a house.

No wonder there are so many people who are homeless there. Insane.

@YourMomsSecretCrush California rents haven't gone up as much as most places in the country. I just checked a report. CA is up about .8%. Nevada, as an example, is up 36%. Idaho is like 50%. It's happening most everywhere. The market has to correct itself. It's unsustainable right now.
