I Need Someone to Talk to

@SW-User those are choices as well but feelings are indeed choices, it is what I believe and know to be true for me in my life. After a long hard struggle through most of my existence I finally found a truth that worked for me. Thoughts, feelings, actions, they are all choices. You may not be able to choose the first thought but where it goes from there is up to you. I am not saying it is wrong to feel sad, it could be a very appropriate response, but it a choice nonetheless
