I Love The Sauna

How do you feel about fancy modern saunas ? a new sauna center opend here here and we went to try it out. being used to traditional sauna i was quite amazed at the "new" stuff... liky a chrystal sauna, a coffee sauna, a hay and herbs sauna...

i am more of a traditionalist but my kids liked espcially the chrystal saunas a lot

Oh I haven't been to a sauna in many years. Perhaps I should try to go. What are these new things like

its the room decorations, using herbs and aromas and in the case of the chrystal sauna they pour the water ona a heated chrystal, also they vary in temperatures... its really an experience

Now that the kids started school maybe I should take a day to try it. Sounds interesting.
