Turkey or no Turkey?

I went from Mom making thanksgiving dinner to my ex in laws making thanksgiving dinner to ex brother in laws making thanksgiving dinner... my new neighbors have invited me over but, I’d like to finally make one on my own for myself and my kiddos. Is it hard?👀

I like the smell of it cooking in the house but I usually have a piece of it and eat most the side dishes or ham or pasta.
@Keepitsimple wouldn't be an Italian get together without loud and crazy. when I was young someone had to get sauce on a white shirt to make it a real Italian gathering

That would be me, lol. I always spill 🙄@saragoodtimes
@Keepitsimple had to happen when everyone was dipping Italian bread in the sauce

We do chickens usually. The kids don’t eat enough turkey or like it enough to justify that huge bird. But it’s no more difficult to cook a turkey than a chicken. Just be sure to baste frequently.

You can make it as hard or easy as you want.

We tend to buy the turkey breast from Costco when it’s just the three of us. Super easy to cook.

Enchiladas are awesome for thanksgiving too!
Just sayin
