I have a high ankle sprain.

It happened over a month ago but last week my doctor referred me for physical therapy, since it has still been bothering me. It happened because of a seizure. I don't want to suffer through physical therapy again. 😭

I love physical therapy! Whatever makes the pain go away and stay away. Went for a few weeks years ago for my back. I still do the stretches and excercises
