I Am Not Perfect

Stay off of nutrition and fitness websites if you're self-conscious about body image :(

It's just better to go at your own pace :)

@SW-User Also, it's okay if we fail every now and then. That's normal. Everyone who exercises, including people with perfect bodies , fall off their diet and workout routines from time to time. Don't get upset or beat yourself up over it. Just take a short break and start over. You might start over the next day or maybe in the next week, and that too is okay.

@goagainsttheflow How do you manage to not pay attention to the negative thoughts?

@SW-User It just took time. I used to feel bad when I didn't get quick results or if I didn't have the "perfect butt" and the "perfect abs". I had to constantly remind myself that results aren't instant and that I must be patient. If I messed up on my diet, I just started over with my next meal. Everyone goes through this. You have to keep reminding yourself this in order to ignore the voices in your head that say you're not working hard enough or that you'll never have the perfect body. Be healthy for yourself, not to compare yourself to others.
