Near anybody who is wearing a mask and doesn't have his or her hand in my purse or pockets.

@Ironicman People aren't supposed to eat or drink on the CTA. But they do it anyway.

What grabs ME are those women who get on with babies in a stroller and then stand in the middle of the aisle so you miss your stop. Or they complain about the senior citizens who are on the same train or bus as they are (early AM). Many of these same SCs are on their way to an early doctor's or dentist's appointment. The docs set their own hours and the patient has to adjust or not go. I had an elderly neighbor who fit both catagories who died recently.

@MaryJanine OMG, that's awful
MaryJanine · 61-69, F
@Ironicman I agree - wholeheartedly. If you can't get a reliable sitter, stay home. Either stroller babies or SCs with trouble walking can get hurt getting in or off busees and trains if you just STAND there.

Between both axels for the most comfort
HairbrushDiva · 31-35, F
@Ironicman No, I don't.

@HairbrushDiva The bits what hold the wheels on. If you happen to sat over one you'll feel every bump in the road.
HairbrushDiva · 31-35, F
@Picklebobble2 Oh, those? I thought they were called axles. I've never seen it spelt "axels" before and I would question it in a game of scrabble.

My brother told me the other day he was on his way back from the dollar store when a woman came around the corner, walking her dog and dangling a mask from her fingers in the other hand. He had his own mask on, so he just stopped and looked at her pointedly.She stopped too, held up her hand with the mask on it, and said, "I've got a mask! I've got a mask!"

On your fingers, madam?
