I Love to Exercise

I exercise regularly, about 5 days a week. I do from 10-30 minutes. It's fun and enjoyable, but can be boring sometimes, that's why I make changes to my routine every now and then. I think it's a type of addiction, once you got used to it, you can't just stop.

I do 40m- 1 hour 3-4 times per week. Agree, it is, addictive.
