I Love to Exercise
It all started back in the beginning of 2013 that I started to took interest in joining the gym called Fitness First. Before I started to do workouts, I was quite skinny and whenever I looked in the mirror, I was like a skeleton. I knew that this wasn't healthy for me so I worked hard by lifting dumbbells/weights, push-ups, sit-ups and running to build up muscles and stigma. I spent like between like 1 hour and 30 mins to 2 hours. Then I started to do exercising like 3 or 4 days a week. Till now, I'm seeing a big differences with my body. For anybody that has questions about what sort of workout to build muscles on your arms, legs, chest or the back of the body, I'll try my best to answer your questions. Here's a photograph of what my body looks so far. ( In the next 4 or 5 weeks I'll post another picture to let you see the difference. )
