I Love to Exercise

I have a confession! I gained some weight. I had one too many pie slices, but no more! My weight gain isn't noticeable because I look the same, but I found out I gained weight a few days ago when my pants looked a bit tight on me. I change my workout routine every three weeks, so this week, the week I change it again, I chose extra hard workouts to do! So for three days of the week, one which I just finished, I lift weights and do cardio, so I made it more challenging (I'm happy to say today's workout kicked my ass) and for four days I will jog up those annoyingly steep hills that I have been trying very hard to conquer (they make my legs and lungs burn, but I am determined!!), with a total of six laps (they're in a park with a trail). By the end of the third week I want all that added weight off.
