I Love to Exercise

This may not mean anything to you, but I was finally able to jog for two minutes without rest! I'm a beginner, so I tire out easily. I jogged for two minutes four times with four minutes of walking in between. Of course the minutes spent jogging will increases every week. I'm so happy!

Congratulations. when I was younger i would start by jogging 100 steps and then walk 100 steps. As I got stronger I would extend the jogging. Eventually you can just keep going. Carpe Diem!
