I Love to Exercise

Brisk walking got boring, so I decided to start jogging. I'm following an online chart where I jog three days a week. This week, I am supposed to do three reps of four minute walking and one minute of jogging. The reps and jogging minutes increase while the walking minutes decrease each week. I've just read that I'll need running shoes (not my regular walking shoes), so I'll try buying some this weekend. One minute of jogging tires me out, but when I've completed each rep, I feel great. I love the breeze in my face, and I may be a slow jogger now but by the last week of the jogging chart, who knows how fast I will be. I should be able to jog for 45 minutes by the last week(week 12). There is a private school next to the park I jog in, so I always see the track team jog laps in the evening while I'm out. Seeing them has also encouraged me to start jogging. I want to keep pace with them and maybe be faster! Eat my dust, kids!

I was in the same situation as you. Then, I started doing interval training. It was the best decision that I made for my health. It's really an incredible challenge.
