I Love to Exercise

Earlier this month I overate, especially on pasta, and grew a tiny belly. I was so upset, I got rid of it in a week! Well I'm happy about this since I'm can be lazy sometimes (and I'm surprised it's a year later and I'm still exercising and eating healthily), but now my stomach is flat again. I just changed my exercise routine and made it more challenging, ate more fruits (since I already eat a lot of veggies) and went for long walks on my Rest Days. I actually like this new exercise routine and I'm more addicted to fruits than I was before (I'm eating them with all my meals!), so I want to keep this up. I also want to go on more walks because they're so peaceful. Luckily there's a park nearby and its jogging trail is in a beautiful forested area. I'm going to walk there again later today. Ok, bye!
