Ugh, any good advice for mold and humidity?

I try to keep my place less humid and turn on the AC whenever I'm home..
But still, I found my rice cooker covered with mold just now......... Big sigh...!!!!! What should I do about it!

This is Western South Dakota and very dry..........enjoy the dry.
