I Love My Job Because I Love What I Do

I just got the sweetest handwritten note in the mail from one of my customers today. I cried.... *sigh*


Dear Cricket,

Thanks for the swim cap. I used it today and it was perfect. But for me, more importantly, was the process of ordering it and buying it. You are delightful and the nickname Cricket is perfect, and is charming. I enjoyed speaking with you and WOW, the nice note with the shipment made my day. You took the time - and that is super nice to get that kindness. If I find myself in the Monterey area, I'll try to come and meet you in person.
