I Still Have My Wisdom Teeth
Last night, before bed, I had a few smoked almonds. I did not notice that a sliver of almond had lodged itself into a gap in front of one of my wisdom teeth. (I still have the two wisdom teeth on the bottom; the top two never came in.)
This morning, when I had my first wake up (I always wake up sometime between around 3 and 5 a.m. and then go back to sleep), my wisdom tooth started throbbing.
It wasn't painful at all. It was just a steady, deep, throb. I had no idea why it was doing that. Although I was awake, I wasn't awake enough to get up and check it out, because, as I said, it was just weird, not painful.
When I did finally get up for realsies, the tooth was still throbbing, still not painful, and I flossed out a big chunk of almond I hadn't even realized was there.
What is the point of this story? Nothing. No point. It was just a thing that I remembered and felt like writing about somewhere, and I picked here instead of doing it on Twitter because, hey, you folks are cool, and I like you.
That is all.
