I Am Strict

Strict teachers make smart students. That's why I run a tight classroom.

And no, I don't mean blind obedience and brutality. Just good, proper, firm but fair strictness.

@BlueRain Funny then that my courses are usually full, despite them being optional.
I think you confuse proper strictness with power games and abuse of authority.

As strict as necessary, as friendly and fun as possible. To provide a structured and open learning environment for all. For when the rules are upheld by all, there is plenty of room for laughing and smiling while learning. Which I think is as things should be.
