I have heard that this works: Mix hydrogen peroxide with white flour to create a thick paste. Apply the paste to the grout and allow it to work overnight before rinsing well with cold water.
To prevent mould you need to ventilate the bathroom so that it is not always wet - run extractor fan for 20 minutes, leave door open, wipe down tiles after use, all will help.
