You don't have to face it every month if you don't want to. There are options for birth control that will allow you to skip your period.

lol Well the pill essentially tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant. Most birth control pills come with a couple sugar pills that you take to keep yourself in the habit of taking the pill but you experience your period while you're taking the placebos.
That's useful insofar as it shows you that you're still not pregnant and the pills are working but you don't [i]have[/i] to have the period. You can keep taking the real pills to keep the period off.
You might still have period days but they don't need to be as bad or every months.
But i'm no expert. Talk to your doctor about it👍

@Pikachu friend of mine does this. Has very minimal periods. Again to reiterate, talk to the doc first people.
