I Have Memories I Can Never Forget

Sometimes a moment of levity reminds me of a like moment from my past. Sometimes it leads me into thoughts I'd rather not think.

Then all of the sudden..., I'm awash in the blackness and caging my tears.

I usually end up taking a shower so that no one can see that look inside my eyes.

Sullen Showers....
Wasted tears....
Lost hopes....
Shattered dreams....

Some days I wonder why I get up at all ?

Then I remember that people still need me.

The chains of responsibility have some pretty big padlocks on them...

And here I am without any keys to fit.
