I Am Flexible
I used to do yoga when I was 12 and when I was 13 or 14 I was in a gymnastics class for a month for summer break. I regained my flexibility by stretching before and after my workouts since I was 19 but there two new stretches I want to master. I want to do master the Scorpion Pose (ballet version) and learn to do middle splits.

I'm doing well practicing the Scorpion Pose so far but middle spits are much harder for me to do, so I google stretches that dancers and gymnasts did to master it and do those every day. If I go down too far, it feels like my legs will snap off so I will be patient and take my time with this one 馃槄 If anyone has any other stretching tips, feel free to share with me!
