Alaskan ice fishing... they drill a pretty small hole, have these tiny rods and still get these huge feck off fish. i seen it on a documentary and lost my shiz at it wondering WTF and calling BS but it's real :O

Human nature

A portal setup on PC. I left my first apartment when the landlord was beginning to set up any payments (including rent) through it. To my dismay, Bon Villa (my current place) asks for everything (repair requests and rents) paid/handled this way.

Thank God for David. He told me I didn't have to use this system. If I had a personal checking system (which I do),pay my rent that way. I took his advice.

It has been just over a year now.If I want repairs, I send an EMail to management. There is a lobby drop-off box across from the panel of mailboxes. I write out my currrent rent check, seal it in an envelope with my name and apartment, and deposit it. No muss, no fuss.
