How to liquify thick dyes?

Currently working on a Christmas present for my little cousin. He loves hitting golf balls out in the forest and figured maybe if I dye a bunch of these golf balls it will be easier for him to go out and find them. My idea is to use Rits dye and mix it in with a neon dye. The neon dye that I bought is extremely thick and can’t liquify it to mix in with the Rits. Is there anyway possible I can thin out this neon dye? I would love for this to work. I am using Alumilite neon dye. Thanks guys - josh
Why not just buy the balls in neon colors to start with??? 🤔

@geoam1 thanks
Alumilite? That's for casting resins.
Where did you get it Smooth On?
Best bet would be to contact them for the correct thinner.

I doubt this will work, for starters the golf balls have a glossy shell so not much will stick or penetrate.
