wow this is an old story. yeah i tottaly wasn't a fan of Rome lol. I probrably would of liked it more if i went there outside of my school, seeing as how schools are ussually chaep as fuck. but while i was there it was interesting and pretty cool yet something just didn't sit right with me while i was there. maybe it was the loud noise from the club next door every night, or the noisy german students the first night or being approached by strangers who wanted to sell me werid toys..fuck that sounds sexual..well one guy did make some kind of round red jelly toy look like a boob lol.

but yeah it just wasn't for me. it looked nice but i wouldn't want to live there..Athens on the otherhand, stole my goddamn heart. i loved that place with its drug dealers and hookers and junkies and stray dogs and street hawkers everywhere. i'm not even joking lol. i actually didn't mind that and i knew we got put in the worst part of town anyway. but hey, the place had character while Rome for me, just didn't.
plus they was all into heavy metal and tottaly relaxed. before shit hit the fan over there anyway and the rioting started. i left just before that happened so lucky me lol.

but yeah, i think i'll stay here where its cold and rainy here in the uk lol.

I haven't visited Rome yet, but I have visited Sicily. It may appear different for us people vacationing there, but I know I didn't want to go home even though I know Sicily also has its flaws.

I'm sure I would enjoy the history of Rome, but I'm ot so sure I would enjoy the modern day of living there. I probablly would want to go home after 3 days.

I hope you enjoy your trip to Rome and you're lucky to know your exact origion.
