I Am About To Breakdown, Just Cry Till I Can't Cry Anymore

My friends dragged me out tonight, but all that was on my mind was what he was doing... I wonder if he thought about me or if he was too busy with his new friend.
Everything was okay until I got alone... now I'm emotionally breaking down crying and I unblocked him on messanger, I know I shouldn't talk to him but he's all I want right now.
Someone please help😢

Find the courage to NOT contact him . It was only sexual for him ( your past relationship ) , and you don't want a pity f***! Cry if you need to ... but have enough sense to know that you and he are done .., go hang with your friends ...enjoy them ... depend on them to help you . This will pass

@TexChik that's normally good advice but I felt worse when getting home from being with friends... I'm better alone.
