I Am a Photographer

I think this is so true. When you look through the lens you see things so different, that you connect with your subject. A dull space becomes interesting, a forgotten land conjures, and a persons soul brings out their beauty.

Just need to move the walls of selfies....

I love taking photos. Absolutely I agree with what you said. Selfies? They are mostly boring as people taking them cannot capture souls.

@PoetryNEmotion ...if you want to capture the soul you need to connect with the eyes. The subject needs to stare through the lens. Selfies people look at the screen not the camera, so they look away and don't connect

so true. capturing that 'essence'....in the raw moment.....that no amount of digital editing will get you.
