I Do Not Understand Racist People

Telling jokes about Asians eyes or their skin color isn't funny. It seems like it's mostly Caucasian people making jokes about us like how can we read with our eyes. OUR EYES ARE THE SAME SIZE AS YOURS! Our epicanthic fold just makes our eyes smaller.

I can't stand people who make racist jokes and I call them out that they are a racist. However, they respond it was a racist joke, there's a difference.

Most of us tell jokes about people who are different from us. Often even about people who come from a different city. I don't think we can ever ban it and there's a different between some light hearted humor and actual racism.

@SakuraShimeji I don't agree. We Dutch make many jokes about our Belgian and German neighbors and they do the same about us. Most of us can just laugh about it and it's no big deal.

@SakuraShimeji yeah, you know, here in Canada, every province is guilty of making fun of people in other provinces, for the way they speak, or, well, I guess it's mostly for the way they speak, but often for their driving habits and other things too.
