I Have Thought About Suicde

Well the black dog came visiting tonight , and the anger , anxiety and depression were overwhelming , took my bottle of pills out of the draw and put them in my pocket, woke my girl Lol up and off we went for a walk at 3 in the morning. Sat down in the dark at a park after an hours walk but my beautiful girl being excited walking and jumping around put things in perspective so here it is 2 hour later just got home Pill bottle is back in the draw out of site, and going to make a cuppa now , thank gawd for my real Black Dog shes my saviour.
