I Want to Lose Weight

Eating more veggies, higher protein, higher fiber diet. And working out more...now I just have to wait for the results...Just got to keep at it and be patient.

Diet is definitely important. But if you want to speed up the process, do strength training. Especially your core. Cardio burns calories during and only up to about 30 mins after . Strength training will make your body burn calories 24 hours.

Someone I know is doing the Keto diet. Its extremely high fat but nerly zero carbs they have lost 13 pounds in 6 days. I dont understand how it works, but it does. Good luck to you though, your on my type of diet. Results usually last.
