I Want to Lose Weight

I want to lose 67 more pounds because I’m 197 pounds right now. That would put me at 130 pounds which is healthy. I think. I’ve lost thirty and it’s been about two months. I’m worried that once I’m in weight loss mode and I’ve been counting calories for so long now... I won’t know how to stop or if I do I’ll gain it all back. I need advice... what do I do once I’ve met my weight loss goal? I’m eating 1080 calories a day and my Mom says I’ll have to eat more once I reach the weight I want to maintain. So... how do I go about that?

Embrace your beauty as it goes and patience is key. As long as you are motivated and have that passion to keep going you will go far. Count the calories just as you are now and simply raise it to a maintenance level. 1800 for a 130lb guy will be pretty close

@flowerboy you are going to have to measure and see. Start at 1400 and give it a few weeks. Your body is going to have to adjust slowly to the changes. Make them gradually

@awhitedot that sounds a bit less scary. Also I may have to start even lower because the day I went about 200 over because of Thanksgiving, I threw up because of the shock of having that much extra after restricting it so much before

@Ecarlate Do you have an exercise plan and do you keep track of calories? Also what is your height? And weight goal? And how much do you weigh now? (So I can help. If you want)
