What is the biggest city you have spent time in?

For me, it was Los Angeles.

Los Angeles in the old days before Covid and rampant homelessness. I loved going to world -famous Clifton's cafeteria and across the street to the historical Los Angeles theatre incredibly ornate unlike like any you've ever seen. So many fun places to explore without spending a small fortune.

@Grateful4you I have heard of Clifton's.
@ProfessorPlum77 The interior has waterfalls and real redwood trees in the middle of the dining room. It's a historical landmark and in the old days the Cliftons would feed the poor after the main dinner setting for free. The theatre across the street is also a historical landmark as is the famous Bradbury building often used in movie productions.

@Grateful4you Wow. I understand the Full Gospel Men's Fellowship used to have breakfast there, sometimes.
@ProfessorPlum77 I being a goofy young kid ALWAYS got the same Roast turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy with those ever classic multi- colored jellow cubes and maybe one of their own bakery chocolate cake. Then waddle across the street to see a movie. Followed this same routine about once a month for many years.

@Grateful4you Turkey and dressing is hard to top. Just add the cranberries. At a restaurant, when I find something I like, I usually order it whenever I go back.
@ProfessorPlum77 I agree. I'm trying to go vegan but that dinner still sounds good even today. Perhaps someday Once Covid passes I can make that trip again. I know those old burlesque houses and much of what used to be is gone now.
