Racism has been an issue throughout the history of mankind. From the building of the pyramids and temples in Egypt, Greece, and Rome. To the slave times of of the 1800s and to the civil right era of the 1960s. Every race of every society has been a victim or perpetrator of racism at some point in time.

However, today it seems that racism is so "frequent" that it almost doesn't seem to be as archaic as it seems to be.

For example, it seems that some people will consider racism as the only reason for mishaps and or mistakes albeit by their own actions or not. we have seen this controversy from people such as:

- Juan Thomspon
- Adwoa Lewis
- Goucher College Hoax
- David Smith III
- Nathan Philips
