I Am So Tired of Hurting and Being Sad

Today is one of those days ... Today I just want it all to end ... I just want to close my eyes and have them never open up again ... Today the sadness is physical ... I feel it tight across my chest, closing in on me and making it hard to breathe ... Yes, today is one of those days!
