@Notladylike just helping out instead of expecting me to do everything. Making meals when I am stuck working, doing laundry so I can rest. That sort of thing. It’s not something I have regularly gotten lol
@summersong Yeah doing things that are actually useful without being asked so the mental load can be switched off once and awhile
