I’m beyond sick and tired of having to be strong and brave. I’m beyond sick and tired of “personal growth” and “life lessons.” I just want things to go well again. Do I have to feel terrible for the rest of my life?

But I think to change this pattern, you need to actively change some things in your life.
There must be something common that causes you to have these lessons .
