I Will Take As Many Words As I Want To Write This Story

Tragically Lost

[c=#7700B2]She was tragically beautiful

And tragically broken.

A victim of bad timing;

A restlessness of the heart,

A stirring of the soul.

Yes, it was her brokeness

That kept her whole!

Vital.

Relatable.

Sane as she saw it.

She was as a lover of life

While life felt the same of her.

Timing-a longing of the heart.

Perhaps the chase was meant to be?

The huntress becomes the hunted.[/c]

I agree about her writing, and I’ve seen a reply or two between you both before... glad there’s “good ones” to be found here 😉@SW-User
@CCMorgan @SW-User Thank You for appraisal. You are indeed a great friend to me and one I cherish. I'm glad I was able to create a piece that touched the collective conscience of many.

The "good ones" are rare!

"...Yes, it was her brokeness

That kept her whole!"

So lovely.
@BexEyes Usually it's the ones that are broken that are the most beautiful souls.
BrokenWhiskeyGlass2 · 22-25, M
And the heart broken became the breaker.
@BrokenWhiskeyGlass2 Perhaps...but that may be another rhyme for another day.
lovingdead · 31-35, M

@AlmostAnAngel Kinda of a shame it is for some. But even clouds have silver linings.

@Elandra77 Yes they do...when one door closes another one opens.
Beautifully written...
@submissivelittlewoman Thank You. Glad you stopped by to read it.
A lot of what you write resonates.
@Kathy Thanks for reading. It is a brokenness I believe most can relate to at some point in their lives. Maybe not to her level--but it's there- tugging at their shirt tail...
