Sometimes it is important to remember what we had, what we lost and and what we yearn for. (It's the yearning that causes us restless nights)
To love, and to BE loved in return, is a PRIMAL want, need and desire. And when that is lacking in our lives..we are an incomplete person.
The need to touch and be touched is also the same primal need.
When love ends- willingly or forced, it is sad and there are often two victims.
This remembers them. The ones that had love yet let it slip away.
What was lost and what was let slip away.
