I Care About Homeless People

An interesting idea was just proposed here. Every year the military produces lots of food rations for soldiers to eat should there be a war. The rations are made to last for several years with freeze dried food and vacuum packed stuff but still, they're only good for five or six years. If there's no wars going on, lots of these rations go to waste because once they spoil, they have to be thrown out. The Kremlin just spawned the idea that any rations which are not spoiled but won't last much longer should be given to homeless people. Sure, it's army food so it's not like it's anything too great, but at least it'll help. And there's a whole lot of it too.
