I Want to Grow My Hair and Have a Perm

I'm letting my hair grow up! When I'll have it long enough I will transform myself in a girl with a giant mass of mega tight ringlets which I will dye platinum blonde! Everyone will be knocked by my super bob, so curly and heavy! It's my dream!!!
