I live in Greece so that's how I was raised.
@HannibalAteMeOut and what do you eat mainly?
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@LILY61 nothing healthy...she overloads on chocolate and wine

@LILY61 my standard meals every week are lentil soup, green beans, green peas, chicken with potatoes in the oven, spaghetti with meat sauce, tuna salad. For breakfast it's usually cereal for me but I get bored easily so sometimes I have vanilla cake, bread with jam, cheese and turkey sandwich... I always have seasonal fruits and vegetables too. And for snacks I usually have yogurt with honey, nuts, things like raisins and dry fruits. Of course I eat fast food too but not that much 😅 Oh and wineee, lots of it 😌

@HannibalAteMeOut it's not exactly health food though

@LILY61 tbh it's not even so much what you eat but how you cook it. Like we don't use butter or even other oils except for olive oil in my family and we rarely fry. And also since most greek families are influenced by christianity, they don't eat meat for 3 days of the week or even animal products so they're basically vegetarians for half of their life.

@HannibalAteMeOut sounds yummy
@HannibalAteMeOut i am a gonner if it is
@HannibalAteMeOut interesting...what do you put on potatoes or veggies?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@LILY61 just spices, olive oil and lemon on potatoes, other vegetables depends how you do them and what you cook along with them, like if you just put them in the oven it's just olive oil and salt for me.
