What is the best diet out there?

anyone tried that intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is a bad idea; you'll just end up eating more because you're so hungry.

If you want to diet and lose weight, cut down or eliminate things that are high in sugar - anything over 15g of sugar per 100 g.

Cutting out fat is nowhere near as effective, and low fat alternatives often have more sugar.
@SW-User it is soooo hard to do and i don't take sugar in my drinks anymore

@LILY61 That's a great start. Just take it slow. See if you can cut or reduce sugar to certain food items a little at a time.
